I began my journey in a technical field, studying computer science, but soon discovered the potential of artistic expression through technology. My background in programming gave me a disciplined, problem-solving approach, which has been invaluable as I transitioned into stage arts and interactive design. I strive to leverage digital technology to create immersive experiences, pushing beyond traditional art forms.
This path has provided me with hands-on experience in various projects. Leading the visual design for the stage production PanGu and managing motion capture and sound for the experimental short film Bodily Echoes, I integrated AI visuals, real-time interaction (like VIVE Tracker), and multimedia to create compelling live experiences. Acting as both creative and technical lead, I focus on artistic execution while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. My work emphasizes merging stage technology with artistic design for cohesive performances.
Additionally, collaborating with international artists has been a key part of my growth. During an exchange program in Singapore, I worked with artists worldwide to develop an interactive installation exhibited at LASALLE College of the Arts. These projects deepened my appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and honed my organizational and communication skills. I believe blending technology and art is about turning creative visions into reality through effective coordination and teamwork.
